For anyone interested in learning more about the Feldenkrais method, an approach to somatic movement education. This method is a valuable tool in rebalancing the nervous system and supporting ease of movement, both physically and emotionally.
The skills we will look at will enable you to improve your posture and experience how a heightened awareness of movement and breathing can boost wellbeing. Feldenkrais is a type of exercise therapy that connects the body and mind and demonstrates how physical movement can link with psychology.
