This half day workshop will offer you an opportunity to explore the main components of our unique integrated approach to embodied storytelling and mental health. We will explore themes of contraction and expansion, through movement, image making and improvised writing.

This taster can be attended on its own and also gives you access to our upcoming Level 1 Training in the Moving Pieces Approach.

No previous experience required.
